Sunday, 29. October [English summary of the original text in Danish].<\/p>\n

This morning we birded the Valle Chiquito <\/i>which\u00a0is characterized as dry forest<\/i>.<\/p>\n

A good morning with birds like\u00a0Little Tinamous<\/strong>\u00a0<\/i>(heard only),\u00a0\u00a0Golden-collared Manakin<\/strong>, <\/i>Yellow-billed Cacique<\/strong> and<\/i>\u00a0Rosy Trush-Tanager<\/strong>. <\/i>We did also see\u00a0Pale-eyed Pygmy-Tyrant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Today we saw a Two-toed Sloth<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We had a nice lunch together with Ra\u00fal where we talked about a lot of things – eg. <\/i>the history of Canopy Tower<\/i> and Lodge<\/i> and kale dishes.<\/i><\/p>\n

Afternoon birding was the\u00a0Cerro Gaital foothills. <\/i>The area is characterized as cloud forest.<\/i><\/p>\n

There was some thunder nearby but fortunately,\u00a0<\/i>we didn’t get any rain. We added more species to the bird list – Tawny-crested\u00a0Tanager<\/strong>, <\/i>Blue-throated Tucanet<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/i>Broad-billed Motmot<\/strong>\u00a0and<\/i>\u00a0Scaly-breasted Pygmy-Tyrant<\/strong>.<\/i><\/p>\n

The <\/i>owl of the day was a\u00a0Mottled Owl<\/strong> calling early in the morning. And this evening we heard what we suspect was two owls calling.<\/p>\n
