Lyden stoppede f\u00f8rst lidt inden vi stod op. Det var en Mottled Owl &#8211; tjek &#8211; s\u00e5 kom den p\u00e5 listen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hele tirsdagen tilbragte vi med at birde El Copal Biological Reserve, enten fra selve lodgen &#8211; der har en glimrende &#8216;balkon&#8217; man kan obse fra &#8211; eller fra det umiddelbare n\u00e6romr\u00e5de &#8211; den f\u00f8rste del af de korte trails og \u00f8verste del af &#8216;entrance road&#8217;. Vi kom ikke s\u00e5 langt omkring da der var masser at kigge p\u00e5, og samtidig kaldte &#8216;papa lodge&#8217; hele tiden p\u00e5 os n\u00e5r der var en sp\u00e6ndende fugle &#8211; fx Barred Hawk og Collered Trogon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Det blev en slags afslapningsdag med birding, hvilket var glimrende og tiltr\u00e6ngt. Tyskerne var ude og g\u00e5 det meste af dagen s\u00e5 vi havde det stort set for os selv.
