Der bl\u00e6ser enk\u00f8lig vind ind fra Stillehavet og m\u00f8rket er ved at falde p\u00e5 og derer nu faldet ro over flokkene af Rainbow Lorikeets og Galah&#8217;er(Rosenkakkaduerne). Vi befinder os nu i New South Wales og deaustralier vi m\u00f8der nu, siger ikke l\u00e6ngere &#8216;it&#8217;s a long way&#8217;, mender er nu ogs\u00e5 kun omkring 700 km tilbage.<\/p>\n<div style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-decoration: none;\">Brisbane blev sprunget over \u2013 eller det vil sige, vi k\u00f8rte barelige igennem, og forsatte til Lamington Nationalpark et par timersk\u00f8rsel syd\u00f8st for. De sidste ca. 20 km ad en smal snoet vej opigennen den subtropiske regnskov til 930 m.o.h. Her havde vi flottetos og reserveret en overnatning hos O&#8217;Reilly&#8217;s, der ejer en stor detaf regnskoven i Lamington. Det var meget fint og med en masse fuglelige uden for d\u00f8ren \u2013 bl.a. bowersbirds og papeg\u00f8jer. Det er s\u00e5lidt af et turiststed, dog prim\u00e6rt naturvandrere, fuglefolk ogfotografer, men ogs\u00e5 helt &#8216;almindelige&#8217; turister finder vej. Men deter ogs\u00e5 et sted, hvor man f\u00e5r mulighed for, at komme t\u00e6t p\u00e5 noglefarvestr\u00e5lende fugle \u2013 og s\u00e5 bliver de fodret, hvilket g\u00f8r, atfuglene n\u00e6rmest kaster sig over en n\u00e5r de ser man stopper h\u00e5nden ilommen \u2013 det betyder nemlig fodring! Faktisk kunne vi slet ikke f\u00e5fred til, at spise vores egen mad. Crimson Rosellaerne angreb i flokog spiste direkte fra h\u00e5nden, kingparrots kom enkeltvis mens BrushTurkey&#8217;en fors\u00e6gte at l\u00f8be v\u00e6k med hele madposen. Vi m\u00e5ttesimpelthen s\u00f8ge skjul p\u00e5 vores v\u00e6relse for at spise f\u00e6rdigt.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-decoration: none;\">Dagen efter var vi lige et smut forbi Surfers Paradise, hvor derfaktisk ikke skete s\u00e5 meget p\u00e5 stranden s\u00e5 der var vi ikke l\u00e6nge.I Tweed Heads forlod vi Queensland og k\u00f8rte ind i New South Wales ogi en ny tidszone. Her blev vi i \u00f8vrigt, af et \u00e6gtepar fra Kirraopfordret til b\u00e5de, at smutte forbi et dansested \u2013 i dag var detrock &#8216;n&#8217; roll og flytte til Australien, da de havde brug for noglesom os! Vi overvejer lige begge muligheder.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-decoration: none;\">I dag k\u00f8rte vi s\u00e5 igen lidt v\u00e6k fra kysten og en anelse l\u00e6ngereind \u2013 ikke langt, men i hvert p\u00e5 den anden side af Pacific Hwy.Inden var vi lige forbi Byron Bay og Cape Byron. Et rigtig turists-og surfersted, men med et flot fyrt\u00e5rn og s\u00e5 er det &#8216;fastlands&#8217;Australiens \u00f8stligste punkt. En flok delfiner sv\u00f8mmede forbi ogs\u00f8gte f\u00f8de i surfen mellem surferne. Vedkirkeg\u00e5rden Tucki Tucki var der en Arboriginal bora ring, som vi varinde og se, men faktisk var der ikke derfor vi k\u00f8rte forbi. Det varfordi der skulle v\u00e6re \u00e6gte vilde Koalaer i omr\u00e5det \u2013 og s\u00f8rmeom BEST ikke spottede ind oppe i et tr\u00e6! Hold op, hvor er den baresjov, s\u00f8d og ja helt nuttet. Den slumrede bare deroppe heltup\u00e5virket af os. Fedt! Vi havde h\u00e5bet at se Koala, men var langtfra sikker p\u00e5 at det skulle lykkes. Og bare et par kilometer derfrai Tucki Tucki Nature Reserve s\u00e5 vi en til og det lige vedparkeringspladsen \u2013 hold da helt op \u2013 s\u00e5dan.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div style=\"font-weight: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm; text-decoration: none;\">Rejsequizzen:<\/div>\n<p>Den h\u00e5rde og uretf\u00e6rdige Dommerkomit\u00e9 har denne gang givet pointtil Nanna &amp; Martin, der svarede ca. 200 arter og dermed komt\u00e6ttest.
