How to make kale chips in 5 easy steps

We made this easy kale chips for New Years Eve 2017/18 and had it as a snack for the Queens New Years speech. The recipe is very simple and it was so easy I wonder why we haven’t tried them before?

How you can make kale chips in 5 easy steps
  1. Clean the kale.
  2. Cut them into chips size.
  3. Put the kale on a baking sheet – sprinkle with oil, salt, pepper and a bit off lemon juice.
  4. Bake in the oven at 170°C (360°F) for 10-15 min. Keep an eye on them they until they are crispy not burned!
  5. Enjoy it with a beer or any drink you like.
